D. ARRIVED in WH
Arrival package photo will be updated to client's room from the the day of arrival ~ the next day.
Only simple arrival photo will be provided for free
If there is no personal code at the address, an additional ￦1,000/package will be charged.
And If can't find the owner of item, It will be notified by e-mail
If the owner doesn't come out for up to 30 days, will be discard
E. STORAGE
No limit on package quantity
Free storage period per batch is 30 days
If it goes over 30 days, an additional ￦1,500/day will be charged.
And If it goes over 60 days, an additional ￦3,000/day will be charged.
If the user's last item is 3 months ago and there is no reply, the item will be discarded after notification. Not responsible for disposal due to no contact for a long time.
F. UNBOXING (OPENING)
All unboxing(opening) service is not free
Unable to check the condition of the item
Sealed ones don't open
If send a huge amount from another warehouse, unboxing check may not be possible.
The unboxing video will be filmed.
If need a video, it's +￦8,000 per package
Unboxing video will be automatically erased after 30 days.
G. UNSEALING (ALBUM)
All unsealing service is not free
Most of the unsealing requests are bulk and take a long time, so the unsealing video is not filmed by default.
If want to take a video, will be charged +10,000 won. Please tell me in advance before requesting
If there was a missing inclusion in sealed item, Not be responsible.
H. BANTAEK (GS25 PICK-UP)
I'm not responsible for the loss inside the convenience store.
But My warehouse have provided bantaek service since 2022, and there has been no loss so far :)
Bantaek pickup is not possible during long holidays, so I'll ask users to stop using the bantaek service. (through e-mail, about 1-2 weeks ago)
If this is not followed, won't be available the bantaek later.
I. REPACKAGE
[ BASIC ]
↳ Remove outer box only
↳ Seller's packaging as it is

If don't need a special packaging, it's enough to choose Basic Repackage.
[ PREMIUM ]
OPTION 1 : Speedy
↳ Packing will be completed within 1-2 days
↳ Shipping will begin within 2 days
(Based on the request&payment date)
(Excluded a Weekends, Holidays)
OPTION 2 : Customized (ENVELOPES only)
↳ Open all envelopes to minimize volume.
↳ Not responsible for missing delivery item (from the seller).
I don't miss it because I open one envelope at a time and pack. Until now, thousands of envelopes have been packed and never missed. Please think it over and apply.
OPTION 3 : Vacuum pack
↳ Compression of clothes, dolls
Once the repackage is done, the box can never be re-opened
Don't accept to request like this "Take out some of items that arrived (discard) "
↳ Except for opened albums after unsealing service
No video will be taken while it's being repackaged. All items in the box are taken out and packaged, so there has never been a loss
If want to check for sure, please use the opening service before requesting forwarding (repackage)
Not responsible for missing delivery item (from seller).
J. PAYMENT
After repackaging is done, Users have to pay the money within 72 hours.
Payment done = Comes into my bank
If it goes over 72 hrs (3days), an additional 1,500 won/day per box will be charged
If it goes over 168 hrs (7days), an additional 3,000 won/day per box will be charged
No discount on the service. Don't ask for a discount.
There is no refund or cancell.
If don't pay for the service and don't reply, I'll wait for 30 days, and then be discarded after notification. I'm not responsible for disposal.
K. DELIVERY / TAX
Shipping within 5 business days after payment
(Except holidays, weekends)
I can't help with the customs clearance issue
The user must provide customs declaration details to be written on EMS paper.
You can set items, prices, and quantities on your own, but write the exact.
Undervalue will harm your credit and my credit.
If don't write down the items in detail, may be discarded or lost at customs.
Not responsible for the problems caused by customs declaration details and cannot help you.
Not responsible for loss, damage and tax issues during the shipping process.
If want to switch to domestic delivery(=to other kr address), an additional 15,000 - 30,000 won/box will be added. And If use the proxy purchase service, will be charged for non-user fee
My warehouse provides overseas delivery service only.
So there will be an additional fee due to the business tax issue.
The additional fee depends on the box size.
box size 1 - 2(2-1) : 15,000 won
box size 3 - 4 : 20,000 won
box size 5 - 7 : 30,000 won
L. RETURNED BOX
Re-Service fee will vary depending on where it is returned
After repackaging is done, Users have to pay the money within 72 hours.

I have to go to the post office myself, fill out the documents, and pick them up.
In the case of EMS, EMS shipping fee will be refunded

Users have to pay the RE-SERVICE FEE (2 options)

: Re handling fee 40,000 won + domestic round trip shipping 10,000won + Re shipping fee (- Refunded EMS fee)
: Only simple removal of prohibited items is accepted.
(2) RETURN FROM OTHER COUNTRY : after boarding
Return for various reasons (Non-payment of customs duties, problems with customs declaration.. etc)
The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Return fee may be charged from the shipping company (EMS has no return fee)
UPS has a higher return fee than shipping fee. Disposal may also incur charges. Please be careful
Users have to pay the RE-SERVICE FEE (2 options)

A. Never, I only order with my IDQ. It opens tomorrow. Can u buy it?
A. Please contact me when it's open(=available for purchase)Q. I want to buy in bulk, But there is a quantity limit per checkout, So need to checkout it several time, is it possible?

A. No, I choose the right box-size. If want to pack it in two small boxes, you can pay the price for two boxes. In that case, please tell me in advance.Q. Can I get an unboxing video?
A. Unboxing video +8,000won/per, and it will be erased after 30 days. Therefore, please check if all the items have arrived after the update right away.Q. Can I use the warehouse again right away after shipping request ?
A. Sure! After request shipping, the warehouse period will be renewed. You can re-use the service(new box) right away.Q. Is it not possible to pick up CU 알뜰택배, 끼리택배?
A. It's impossible.

Q. Do you only ship using EMS, UPS, DHL, FedEx?
A. Yes, for now.Q. Due to customs issues, can I change the contents of item?
A. Sure. You can fill it out on the forwarding request form. But I'm never responsible for tax issuesQ. The box has been caught by customs, what should I do?
A. It's mainly caught due to tax issues, so you can contact the customs directly to prove the goods and pay the tax. I can't help with the box that is out of Korea.Q. The box has been returned. What should I do?
